I’ve been involved in fitness from a young age due to influence from my family and their passion being passed on to me. Whilst doing sprinting and taekwondo for five years, I gained vast fitness knowledge from professional athletes and my passion for fitness began to develop.
However during my adolescence, my passion specifically moved towards bodybuilding, and now I thrive on pushing my body safely to its limits in strength, size and continually improving my physique. Nonetheless, my knowledge and passion for fitness can help you achieve your own fitness goals, whether it’s fat loss, gaining muscle mass, training for an event or just looking to improve your general quality of life - I’m the PT for you!
