Having overcome many obstacles in the gym and outside of it, I have grown an ever-loving passion for fitness. Having gained a lot of knowledge about it in the progress, it's only fair that I pass on that knowledge to you!

I have very stern but fair approach when it comes to training and nutrition. This is so that you end up feeling and looking better not just whilst you're working with me but for years and years down the line.
