I’ve been a PT since 2016, when I left the military. I specialise in functional training and weight loss, building strength and generally helping you build a healthier lifestyle.

As with most PT’s I understand the difficulties both physically and mentally when it comes to body confidence. Having struggled most my life with the way I look it was only when I started training, I found myself accepting who I am.

Having a PT can be quite daunting but develops into a very trusting relationship, so lets start that journey together.
