I am a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Dunfermline. I offer in-person PT sessions and online coaching at

Exercise is my passion, I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011, training clients on a one-to-one basis as well as in larger group exercise classes. Throughout this time I have trained clients from many walks of life with varied goals.

I’ve trained people from all different backgrounds with all kinds of goals and fitness levels - from people looking for weight loss to mothers pre & post-natal and Triathletes looking to take their fitness to the next level as well as many others.

When training someone, I focus on giving value. I put myself in their shoes and think if I was him or her how would I train? I then work backwards from that and build a training programme and a structure focused on slowly moving the person towards their goals. The thing about PT is that you need to make the most of it, when people fully buy into the process it can be life-changing.

My focus is for you to achieve your goals – as well as your one to one sessions you’ll also receive exercise programmes to follow outside your session, nutritional advice and 24/7 support.
