Hi, I'm Dean, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and an all-round fitness and sport enthusiast. I have a wide-ranging background in sport and fitness, mainly deriving from football and swimming.
My passion for fitness began at an early age. I studied sport at college, completing my BTEC National Diploma and gaining a triple distinction. After college, I qualified as a Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Due to my experience and academic background I am familiar with numerous training styles, all of which would be tailored for your needs. I offer a personalised membership which consists of one to one sessions and a variety of group sessions. I have the knowledge and ability through my memberships to help bring about meaningful change.
