My involvement in physical training and exercise began at early age, participating in a variety of sports such as football, athletics, Olympic weightlifting and combat sports to name a few. It has fuelled me to lead a health and fitness driven lifestyle that has become a passion of mine. To see yourself achieving challenging goals and becoming best that you can be is an unmatched feeling, which is why I have chosen to pursue a career that allows me to help other people feel the same way. I believe that everyone can improve their well-being through well structured training and balanced nutrition, and I am here to support and motivate you every step of the way as you reach towards your fitness potential.
