Sport and exercise have always been a big passion of mine; even since school. Over the years I have played regional basketball, represented England in rounders and attended the northern centre of excellence. For me, exercise was all about self-discipline and having something to aim towards. Now, those factors are still the basis of my workouts, but I like to have a lot of fun too!
I have a vast knowledge of nutrition and how to utilise this in order for my clients to be able to not only reach their goals successfully but to maintain them at home too. I believe that knowledge is power and educating my clients on alternative ways to live a healthy lifestyle is key! I specialise in weight loss, toning and muscle gaining. So if you want to shed fat, tighten those wobbly bits or bulk up some muscle, I am excited to have you on board!
Being a Personal Trainer enables me to express my lifelong passion for fitness with people who are wanting to make real improvements to their lives. I am a big believer in positive mental attitude and that no dream is too big if you can conceptualise it. Winners never quit and quitters never win!
My personal goals at the moment are: to build on my strength training, cardio and get back into a team sport such as crossfit.
