pleased to meet you.
I've been training for nearly ten years now. I started with an average physique but through commitment and hard work got myself to a competitive bodybuilding standard of fitness.
Through the knowledge I've gained from my own development and the professional PT training I'm confident I can help you achieve your goals, however big or small. Every client I've had has started in a different place and has had different aspirations, so let me tell you some of the key ways I can help you.
This is something I've struggled with myself, so I can relate to your issues, there's never any judgement, its all about helping you find the techniques to develop yourself and doing it in a way which you feel comfortable with.
This is an underrated aspect of fitness, as bad posture can not only cause health problems later in life but in the here and now it can dictate how good of a first impression you make, the way you hold yourself is a big part of that. Certain studies say interviewers make up their mind in the first 30 seconds, the way you hold yourself is a big part of that. I've got lots of experience in this area in with my clients.
This is changing your overall body's make up. So depending on your goals it can mean fat reduction, overall weight loss or muscle gain. I'll work with you to develop and refine your exercise, work out plans, and diet to help you achieve your goals. I won't throw you in at the deep end. This should be a progression process, you don't want to try and change your entire life in a couple of weeks.
just because I'm a professional doesn't mean I'm one of those super intense fitness guys, when we work out my aim is to make you feel like I'm your gym buddy, who just happens to have a wealth of information available to help you.
