Coming from a sporting childhood I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness however competition was never my strong point, this led me to taking more of an interest in holistic health and wellbeing.
Furthermore, my four years' of experience with clients whom typically work in a sedentary office job has allowed me to produce a method of training which incorporates a well-balanced emphasis on flexibility, mobility, strength and most importantly longevity.
