I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2013 and since then I have experienced a lot of different clients with different training backgrounds and goals.
I am fully qualified in exercise referral which is a specific and formalised programme which deals hand in hand with medical professionals to treat medical conditions through training.
I like to challenge myself as well as my clients. I’ve competed in powerlifting and currently hold records for squats and deadlifts under the NIPF.
Outside of lifting weights I have also completed Tough Mudder which is an obstacle course designed to challenge the toughest fitness enthusiasts both physically and mentally which I found to be the biggest challenge. For many people the gym alone can be a mental challenge but I know what it takes to focus on something to achieve it.
