My fitness journey started when I was 13 after I wanted to gain more size, as I was kind of a frail kid and played a lot of sports with the main one being football. My love for training has come from years of having a goal in mind, my experience and the knowledge that I have gained along the way. Over the years I have trained a lot of my friends to help them attain their goals which then led me onto the path of becoming a PT.

I know the difficulties of keeping yourself motivated during a fitness journey, I am here to not only motivate you but to guide you towards a healthy lifestyle with specific training plans and nutritional help.
