Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, since I was young I used to enjoy taking part in all the sporting activities to keep myself fit and healthy. Not only for those reasons, but I found it improved my overall mindset, not just physically.
I would love to help people achieve their fitness goals, this is because I love the impact fitness has on people’s lives.
The joy and satisfaction on their faces when they realise what they can do, how much stronger they can get when they just push themselves that extra mile, the dedication they put into those workouts really make their fitness journey worth it and I would love to be a part of that.
