As a personal trainer, my role is to help you get fit and strong but also to stay fit and strong; building lifestyles and routines that works for you and YOUR life.
This involves working together looking at both your training in the gym and your time outside the gym, as both are just as important. In my Personal Training I take a holistic approach when working with clients; taking into account their job, lifestyles, daily responsibilities, and to realistically set goals together that are going to be achievable and not overwhelming.
Making a start and taking that first step is the hardest and can be really daunting but having someone with you along the way will keep you accountable and making progress getting you closer and closer to where you want to be!
