Ella comes from a sporting background and competing in various sports, from team sports (netball, basketball, football, rugby) and individual events requiring power and strength (javelin, discus and shot putt). Ella takes on health and fitness with a more holistic approach, implementing the popular quote, “Your body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in".
Whether it’s 1 to 1 coaching or small groups, the emphasis is not only on physical activity but nutritional guidance and support for mental wellbeing to make the change.
Always increasing her training knowledge of the internal and external through Martial Arts and applying the best techniques, expect her to push you to be the best version of yourself with individualised training programmes delivered in the most fun way possible. It’s difficult to make changes but with repeated excellence what may have seemed a challenge will have been conquered.
