I have been using the gym to improve my physique, performance and endurance for the past four years. During this time I’ve gained great knowledge in nutrition, weight training and recovery and rehabilitation. My goal is to pass the benefits I’ve gained from the gym onto my clients/team.
For me, being a Personal Trainer is more than just helping you achieve the body you desire. More so than the aesthetic or performance, it’s about providing you with confidence, discipline and/or even a new hobby! Regardless of your ability, experience or time constraints, we can build a programme specifically tailored to you to ensure the best possible results.
