I have been involved in sports coaching for the last 23 years. As well as more traditional sports I have specialised in outdoor sports such as skiing, ice climbing, rock climbing and alpine mountaineering.
The coaching of these activities has involved gym work to improve performance, prevent injuries and rehabilitate injuries.
I have trained clients from a large range of backgrounds and aged from 8 to 74. My aim has always been, and still is, to focus on the individual aspirations of the client while providing education in injury prevention, training and nutrition to help achieve these.
