I have been training for the past 10 years because I used to be overweight. I love helping people lose weight and helping them feel confident about themselves, it gives me great satisfaction knowing I’ve helped someone change their life for the better. Training and having a healthy diet is a lifestyle change, it’s not a temporary fix. It has to be a permanent commitment which will help achieve the goals you want.
As a Trainer, I always take my client's opinions in to account as I believe it’s important to know what their goals are.
