Finn Cook

I became a personal trainer because of my passion for health and fitness. This is something I have pursed through education graduating university with a degree in the area. I now want to use this knowledge to help others achieve their own goals with the best results possible

Being from a sporting family I grew up quite competitive and loved being active in as many sports as possible. Mainly in cricket and rugby. During university I got to represent teams in rugby as well as at the British powerlifting championships and I now focus on powerlifting In my own training.

My experiences and education have given my knowledge in nutrition ,weight loss and many styles of training from athletics to strength sport and muscle gain that I can now use to help others as a trainer.
