I started training myself when I became a pastry chef seven years ago. Working in a high-pressure environment with long, anti-social hours, I understand first-hand the positive benefits exercise can have on your mental as well as physical health.
I have a long-standing passion for exercise and when I gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, I was able to make the switch from pastries to press ups!
Strength and conditioning is my main passion and I love helping clients reach their strength goals! I have always enjoyed sport from a young age, taking part in trampolining for 11 years. From this, I understand the importance of flexibility and mobility when training. My aim is to help you achieve your specific goals by teaching correct technique and execution, so you understand the mechanics behind the movements.
