Do you find yourself walking into the gym repeating the same old routines? If this sounds anything like you, I am here to help! The gym can be a pretty daunting place, my job is to get you feeling confident in what you’re doing and help you achieve the goals you didn’t think were possible! Through choosing me as your Personal Trainer I can guarantee you seeing results as well as having fun.

I started my fitness journey three years ago, before that I wasn’t sporty at all but you’ll be amazed what determination to change can do. Small changes can make massive differences, I will help you incorporate changes in your everyday lifestyle as well as in the gym to create the best version of yourself you can. All I need from you is dedication and willing to push yourself to new limits then the rest will come easy.

While gaining my qualifications I’ve learnt a variety of effective training methods, it’s all about finding out what you enjoy and then we can incorporate them into your own individualised programme.

I’ve gained my Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications at Exeter college, with my knowledge and your commitment we can reach your goals!
