My own interest in fitness began when I joined the army where it is obviously important to keep yourself in peak condition. On leaving the army, life took over and I, like most people, trained on and off but it was not until I had a life-changing event myself that I began to understand the importance of fitness.

I am a firm believer in teamwork and I have that passion and drive that you need to help you take your next step.

So if you want a challenge or you feel you need that extra little bit of motivation to get you to the next level of training then this is your chance to do it. By working as a team, we will get you to a level you never thought was possible.
