Fraser Kelly

From a young age I have always been involved in sports. When I was 18 I started training in the gym to help develop other sports but found I enjoyed the progression in the gym more enjoyable.

After working in PureGym for several years the one thing I know is that everyone joins the gym with a result in mind. Whether it be getting bigger, stronger, leaner or fitter we all have something we want to achieve.

The first thing you need to ask yourself, do you know what steps to take to reach your goal?
