The first gym I ever stepped foot in a gym was Clydebank PureGym when I was 17 years old.
Being a quiet person my whole life I found the gym an intimidating place and because of this I opted to figure things out for myself. This led me down a lot of dead- ends with my training and nutrition with a couple of years of little to no results because I was too nervous to ask for help.
Fast forward to now and I’m in a position where I can help people like me who have just started in the gym and aren’t sure where to start and feel like they need that bit of extra support on their fitness journey.
