I have always had a keen interest in various sports throughout my childhood and teenage years. I played rugby for 7 years and I was also part of the athletics team. Training has always been one of my main passions in life.
In the last 5 years I have changed my focus to weight training and general fitness and now I want to share my knowledge and experience to help people achieve the physical and mental results that they can achieve.
My goal is to work with people and open their mind-set around exercise and nutrition with an aim to help them recognize the long-term benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
I am a strong believer with the right attitude towards nutrition and exercise, you can continue to enjoy life without having to sacrifice the things you enjoy the most.
