Hello and welcome to my profile.
I have always been interested in fitness and from a young age have competed in various equine events including showing and dressage. I have a real passion for CrossFit, charity runs and cycling.
Most recently I have competed at local Crossfit Competitions, cycled 400 km across Kenya to raise money for Women vs Cancer and a 10 km mud run. I spent a lot of time to develop my knowledge of strength & conditioning to complete these events. With all of this experience, in our Personal Training sessions, I can help give you the guidance and knowledge to build a successful plan to achieve your goal with ease.
My key objective is to make fitness fun and enjoyable whilst ensuring your personal goals are at the forefront of everything we do. I will always be mindful of your likes and dislikes in the gym and build a programme that you look forward to completing, safe in the knowledge it will take you a step closer to your end goal.
Goals are as individual as you are and, as your trainer, I will help you achieve them be it losing weight, reducing body fat, building muscle or generally increasing your fitness level.
