Hi, I’m George and I understand the struggle. Over the years I have made every mistake in the book. I’ve failed again and again but it’s given me a tonne of experience. Having come from obese, to fit, to underweight and back I again, I understand what it feels like and what it takes to lose body fat and gain muscle. Years of work and studying has led me to become a Personal Trainer to help others change their lives, just like I changed mine.
