Hi I’m George!

I am a gym instructor, training to be a personal trainer. I’ve played sports my entire life, especially football, and a few years ago is where I discovered my passion and love for fitness. Over those years I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and experience that I can share with everyone which will help them progress towards their goals!

I’ll be working with men and women who have a lack time, confidence, or motivation to set them individual and realistic goals to turn that around and allow them to see and experience the benefits that come with the gym and fitness. I help people who hate the gym fall in love with fitness, and help individuals hit their goals around their busy life. A huge factor that plays a role in the success of achieving your goals is nutrition, I will be able to show you how you can still achieve your goals, in the time frame you like, without restricting yourself as much as you’re led to believe!
