I hold a Business degree, Sports Science National Diploma, as well as Level 3 Personal Training certification. Alongside this, I have maintained an active sports background through mixed martial arts training, powerlifting and eight years bodybuilding.
I possess the knowledge and skills necessary to recognise the risks associated with injury and implement an appropriate plan that's tailored to your needs. This involves designing, implementation and interpretation of pre-participation screening, to identify potential predisposing factors to musculoskeletal injury and health-related disorders. Whether it is rehabilitation or Personal Training, I take an active approach that works for you.
