From a young age I participated in endurance sports, which lead me to become a cardio bunny. This changed when I participated in some strength classes and my love for strength and conditioning grew from there. I have completed 10k races, full Tough Mudder and half marathon.

As a Personal Trainer, I can help you achieve your goals whether it’s losing weight, toning/sculpting, building strength, or achieving big challenges.
