My history within the fitness industry spans over 10 years, and I've also been heavily involved with sport for over 25 years. Health and fitness is a huge passion in my life. Helping others understand what it takes to lead a healthy lifestyle is what I get a kick out of. It's easy when you know how.
Being the only fully qualified strength and conditioning coach at this club, means I am licensed to train athletes just as well as the determined gym goer. I’ve been taught by some of the best so I can offer you the right guidance with my expertise. Sessions will be testing and your skill set will have you doing things you never thought possible. I am a Be Activated practitioner, meaning I can help individuals who are suffering from muscular imbalances. If you have a weak back, shoulders, knees etc, I can establish what the problem is and where it stems. Using soft tissue techniques and whilst nurturing the body’s lymphatic system, we can improve mind and body connectivity by activating muscles to enable a stable and strong physique. Your body feels lighter, stresses reduce and movement improves considerably. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to provide this service to my clients and I cannot wait to show you the power in feeling activated.
In regards to diet, I will support and guide you to ensure you understand what it takes to eat and drink well. I will teach you how to build a sustainable, healthy and enjoyable approach to your diet so you can continue to look and feel great all year round.
