I first started strength and conditioning training when I played netball for Severn Stars and I soon discovered I preferred being in the gym than playing netball. From then on personal training has been my passion, I want to improve peoples fitness and well being to make people feel better about themselves.

I personally enjoy weight lifting to facilitate fat loss but I have worked with a huge range of clients including those looking to improve mental wellbeing, weight gain, improving flexibility and sports specific coaching. I can help you reach realistic goals improving your physical and mental health.
