Hi, I’m Harry. After many years of interest in fitness, nutrition and advising friends and family, I decided to embark on a career in the fitness industry. I chose to be a Personal Trainer as it incorporates my passion for fitness and working with people.
Though I have played rugby at a Professional and National level and have been a keen bodybuilder, my interest in fitness is much wider, extending to any individual who wishes to improve their strength, fitness, body image or mental health. My bespoke programmes will be designed around your interests, needs and lifestyle. I have worked with many levels of fitness and ages and appreciate the need for tailored programmes.
