I realised my enthusiasm for health and fitness whilst doing a range of 9-5 jobs in different industries. I realised that the time I spent in the gym, improving my physique, was the most rewarding and exciting part of my day.
I decided to drop the 9-5 and follow my aspiration of helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
It is so easy to come into the gym, not quite knowing where to focus your efforts, and very quickly become frustrated when you don’t see the results you’re looking for. I’m here to give you 100% of my focus, and ensure we get you to where you want to be.
