Hi, my name is Hayley Porter and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Health and fitness is a huge part of my life and has been for a number of years now. I first started getting involved with fitness and training around 10 years ago when I was overweight and self-conscious about my body. I made the decision to start attending some exercise classes and slowly started making changes and being more aware of my portion sizes and the type of food I was eating. I started Personal Training sessions for that extra push and help I needed and this was one of the best decisions I ever made. The sessions progressed me further along my health and fitness journey and helped me achieve my goals. This inspired me to become a Personal Trainer myself to help others on their fitness journey!
I now want to use my knowledge and experience in helping you with your journey and in reaching your goals!
