Hi, I'm Helga. I started my fitness journey back in 2016. I had a sedentary lifestyle, basically I was sitting all day.
One day I realised I'm not happy with myself so I decided to change my entire lifestyle. I tried a million diets before, but none were successful.
Then I lost 30kg in under 1 year with diet, exercise and consistency.
I want to help you to reach your balanced lifestyle, as I have been there too. I lost my motivation just as you but I never gave up and I will help you not give up till you reach your goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or just improve your health and fitness.
I'm driven by the passion to help you succeed. For me it's not just a training programme, I genuinely want to create lasting changes to your life. I want to help show you the methods to achieve your goals because I know what is possible. No matter where you are in your journey or what you tried before, I'm determined to become the ignition you need to fuel.
My personal goal is that my clients enjoy what they are doing so they stay consistent in the future.
