I have spent the last 13 years competing in gymnastics.
This has lead me into a career of personal training/coaching. I have always valued the importance of enjoyment in training as this builds confidence, which in turn increases performance.
I believe that being a gym user should be a fun and rewarding experience and not something to fear.
I like to keep my workouts fresh, with new and progressive exercises along the way and I would love to be there when you reach your goals!
