I've been a Personal Trainer and group exercise coach for more than 14 years. I've trained and coached people of all ages and all fitness levels.
To start with I'll run fitness tests and assess your posture. This will help us develop the most appropriate exercise programme for you that is logical, realistic and achievable within the framework of your fitness level, genetics, time frame, and goal.
