Hi I’m Ian, sports and fitness have been a major part of my life since my early school days, right from my first rugby lesson at school to playing for my home town to playing in the army also Judo and later on kickboxing. My passion for fitness grew on joining the Army from the normal everyday PT lessons to playing rugby and running X country for them.
I’m a bit older and wiser now I’ve had set backs fitness wise be it due to injuries or just general life putting me out of my routine but fitness has alway got me focused again mentally and physically.
And having these set backs I feel I can empathise with people who find it hard getting back into a routine.
But it’s time to get motivated and go for these goals you’ve been putting off.
