I'm quite direct and honest with people and my Personal Training approach is the same. I will give you honest answers to all of your questions and I will be direct with you about how you can achieve your fitness and diet goals.
I like to motivate and inspire people by being an example to them. You will often see me on the gym floor doing what I'm coaching you. I will also get the time to know you, to learn about your fears and passions, about your strength and weaknesses, about who you are as individual and what inspires you. I take all of that and add all my knowledge and experience in fitness, dieting and nutrition to achieve maximum results and get you beyond what you believe is possible.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 20 years. I have a qualification in Food technology, a four year course in which I acquired knowledge in Biochemistry, Nutrition and Cookery. I have worked for a Nutritional Supplement Company for two years and have gained vast knowledge in Sports Supplements and a variety of Food Supplements. I have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2010.
