I had always been sporty, competing in netball, rounders, cross country etc throughout my teens. However later in life i began to struggle with weight gain, caused by uneducated dietary choices and comfort eating. My negative body image was the catalyst to a downward spiral of low self esteem, stress and anxiety.

Over the past 8 years i discovered the physical and mental benefits of consistent exercise, nutrition and importance of self care. Since leaving school I have worked in Hair & Beauty, I then made the decision to join the fitness industry to help others build their confidence as well as their body. 

I aim to encourage my clients to become strong, not skinny! Personalised progressive training programs designed specifically to guide you towards your goals. Using a variety of effective strength and endurance exercises, I am dedicated to providing the motivation, knowledge and support needed throughout my clients journey to ensure the best results possible.
