I love working with people on their health and fitness journey, as it’s a very special and fulfilling thing to be a part of your progression, whilst making a real difference to people’s lives.
I enjoy high intensity sessions and boxercise (boxing exercises). I like a lot of functional work, which has benefits to make you a more capable human, in every day life. Yoga as well is important to me, for flexibility and feeling good mentally.
The gym can be a daunting environment for someone who is lacking in confidence and experience. It’s all about gaining that confidence and enjoying the journey of getting there.
