I am currently in my second year as a BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science student and in the process of obtaining a degree in Coaching, Physiology, Psychology and Nutrition. I have previously gained my REP’s Level 3 Personal Training.
Health and fitness is a big part of my life and the passion has started from an early age, I have always been interested in pushing myself to my true potential and I find it a privilege to help others become stronger, faster, bigger/leaner, and healthier version of themselves. CrossFit and Body Building are a significant part of my life. What I enjoy about it is the rivalry in the sport, being active all the time, keeping a specific diet, the feeling after the workout, pushing myself to reach the highest achievement and then seeing the results. CrossFit has also thought me that gym is not only about lifting heavy weight and cardio exercises.
I have experience in looking after people who want to improve their quality of life through training and practicing healthy habits. I am highly committed to creating effective and innovative training programmes alongside keeping you motivated and consistent in achieving a healthier lifestyle.
