Sport and fitness. It always has been a part of me since I could walk.
Therefore Personal Training was a natural path for me to take and it’s been the best choice I’ve ever made.
There is no better satisfaction than helping someone to fulfill their goals and seeing the smile on their face at the end result. I won’t pretend that it’s not hard and is definitely not a quick journey but in the long run it’s so incredibly worth it.
I have plenty of experience in various sports such as; Trampolining, Rugby, Football and Athletics.
In some of these sports, I have received acknowledgements including:
- Representing Bingley Harriers and West Yorkshire in both indoor and outdoor athletics competitions
- Representing West Yorkshire school boys at football
- Yorkshire age group champion at trampolining
My focus as a Personal Trainer for you? To help you to reach your targets/goals and more, whilst keeping it fun along the way! To help and encourage you whilst targeting, for example; weight loss, sport specific fitness, strength & conditioning or bodybuilding.
