Hi, I’m James one of the PTs here at PureGym, there is not an aspect of diet and exercise in health exercise I haven’t put myself through. After losing 55kg of my own body weight back in 2013, I've spent my time since changing my body and lifestyle through different ways of training and also nutrition. With this past personal experience I believe this makes me very understandable to your own fitness goals.
