James Greaves

Being a six-year veteran of the Armed Forces in which I served in the Blackwatch, I became adept at working within an array of challenging environments. During this, I cultivated a unique mindset for training, building a stronger body and in turn, forging a robust mindset.

My training is based on experience and education, all while being grounded in science. Using hypertrophy methods and powerlifting technique, delivering a rounded and strong body.

I believe in training right and putting the work in. Nothing worth having comes easy!
