I’m James - The person who is going to help you to achieve your goals. I know you're probably thinking right now ‘Is this coach the right fit for me?’, so let me help you decide.
First things first - I love nutella, I occasionally treat myself to dairy milk chocolate and I enjoy going out with friends for a Sunday Roast! Over time I have learned that I can enjoy all of those things and still live in a body that is mentally and physically fit and healthy.
My fitness journey properly began back in 2013, where there was a gym club during lunch time at school that looked interesting and I really enjoyed working out. The goal at the time was to get muscles so that girls looked at my body and not at my nose which was a big insecurity of mine at the time. I was also the typical guy who liked his PE and was not too bad at it and was in the school teams. So it was a natural progression to do PE as only one of my choice subjects which I did excel at.
After finishing 6th form I decided that I wanted to become a Personal trainer to help other people get stronger, more confident and to give them the knowledge to transform their life long term - I am not about a quick fix or another failed diet! I want my clients to see that you don't have to feel hungry to lose weight and that no food is off limits. I want all my clients to be happy with their bodies, to feel stronger, to feel confident in the weight section no matter what gender you are. My aim is to humanise the fitness industry and I would love to take you with me on that journey.
