I have been a successful Personal Trainer since 2014 and absolutely love what I do.
I have participated in many sports from a young age such as taekwondo, athletics, football and most recently rugby. My most noticeable achievements were winning a bronze medal in the British championships in taekwondo and representing Dorset in football and athletics.
Since becoming a PT, I have helped many clients in a whole range of goals ranging from fat loss to muscle growth to training for extreme endurance events. My own Personal Training journey has seen me lose about two stone in weight and drop a little over eight inches off my waist in less than a year, which has stayed off.
I pride myself on the level of attention I give to each of my clients goals. I plan each session/programme meticulously to maximise the output for each individual. I also look at the nutritional aspect for each client as no matter what the goal is, nutrition will play its part. Using this method, coupled with regular reviews and goal setting we will get you to a healthier, fitter, happier you!
