Training and exercise is my ultimate passion in life. I work hard and train harder.
I have 10 years' experience in weight training and cardio exercise and have a lot of knowledge to pass forward. I will be there to push you to the very limit to help you reach your desired goals.
I have a deep knowledge in strength, muscle building and fat burning. I enjoy watching people succeed in what they like and if we work together you will reach your goal.
Whether you're inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training or just coming back after a long break from the gym and need a little motivational support, all are welcome.
I treat each client differently as I recognise that what works for one person may not work for another. I believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard work, smart training and a lot of determination.
