A very quick hello from me. For the past three years I have been working on and perfecting my services and knowledge to ensure that as a Personal Trainer I can offer you the chance to achieve the body shape you want. I believe that my key to success is use of my knowledge to make every workout both productive and fun! Also I have a firm belief that life is for living, not for feeling like you are continually having to cut things out, or dragging yourself to the gym when you don’t enjoy it.
The service you can expect from me and who it is for?
The commitment you will receive from me as a Personal Trainer is 100% on. Too often I’ve seen exercise and nutrition programmes that are just too hard to stick or too restrictive for the individual. Although I focus on complete individualisation of the programme for the individual. Your success is my personal goal.
I work mainly (not exclusively) with female clients, with lack of time on their hands, external pressures from work and family, who want to get back to their former days of feeling energetic, focused, self-confident, assured in their physical capabilities again, and a few abs showing wouldn’t hurt either. If you are willing to make small but committed changes over a period of time, and can be open and honest with the real struggles you are facing... then I can guarantee we will achieve results.
