When I was four years old I was introduced to the martial art, judo. In my judo career, I have earned my 2nd Dan black belt and fought at an international level. I've gained Scottish championships and became a British bronze medalist. By fighting in judo, I've experienced the high-level fitness world. I've also taken up other martial arts along the way including boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jui-jitsu and MMA.
Most clients come to me due to lack of knowledge. In my sessions, you will learn correct ways of training that will get you results, whether it is weight loss or muscle gain. With 1 to 1 sessions, you will also be given a training programme to follow.
My specialist area is nutrition. I am a Precision Nutrition coach. I provide nutrition sessions where you will learn the basics of nutrition, calorie control, portion sizes, meal timings and correct eating behaviours. In addition, you will be provided with a nutrition plan designed to help you reach your goals.
